Sales Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Requirements
-Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field.
-1-3 years of sales experience in Sales or Business Development
-Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
-Result-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
-Languages: Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).

Responsibilities
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound & outbound leads (target supply and install customer)
-Understand customer needs & identify sales opportunities.
-Respond to inquiries through call, WhatsApp and third-party CRM platform
-Execute sales strategies with superior & gather customer insights.
-Upsell products & services.
-Achieve individual sales targets
-Identify new lead growth opportunities.
-Other relevant task as assigned by management
