Sales Executive

Job Responsibility
-Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
-Prepare and create customized proposals and quotations for customers.
-Communicate with customers to resolve post-sales issues and maintain long-term relationships.
-Conduct site visits across Johor for sales or after-sales purposes.
-Manage and maintain personal commission reports.
-Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
-Monitor market trends and competitors, and share insights with the team.
-Support marketing activities, such as attending roadshows, events, or exhibitions if needed.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after project completion.
-Assist in preparing presentations or product explanations during customer meetings.

Job Requirements
-Diploma in any field.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
-Sales Management, Technical Sales, Communication Skills, Lead Generation, Utilities/Power Industry Knowledge, Sales
-Calculation skills (able to handle simple math for pricing and commission reports).
-Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible; able to provide regular updates to supervisors.
-Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment.
-Must be punctual and disciplined.
-Must possess own transport.
-Willing to work full-time in Johor Bahru.
