Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: No. 23, Jalan Melaka, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor

1) Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry through market research, networking, and cold calling
2) Generate new leads and business opportunities through proactive outreach
3) Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
4) Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
5) Conduct follow-ups and client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities
6) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed set targets
7) Collaborate with the Head of Sales and sales team to analyze market trends and growth opportunities
8) Continuously review and refine sales plans based on performance data and client feedback
9) Deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client challenges
10) Negotiate and close contracts, renewals, and service expansions
11) Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure smooth service delivery
12) Contribute insights for product development, pricing, and marketing strategies
13) Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions
14) Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management

Preferred Qualifications

1) Open to fresh graduates
2) Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required
3) Sales experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage
4) Good communication, and negotiation skills
5) Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines independently
6) Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking/reporting systems
