**Salary:** RM1,700 basic salary + commission and sales incentives
**Estimated Monthly Earnings:** RM1,700–RM3,000+, depending on performance

## About Us

Brew by Root is a Johor Bahru-based fermented beverage brand established in 2019. We specialise in kombucha and other wellness-focused products made for customers who value real food and healthier everyday choices.

As we expand Brew by Root kombucha and our 消化速 product line, we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us develop new customers, business partners and sales channels.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building customer relationships and introducing wellness products to the market.

## Your Responsibilities

* Introduce and sell Brew by Root kombucha and 消化速 products.
* Develop new customers through direct sales, referrals, events and business visits.
* Approach potential business partners such as cafés, gyms, yoga studios, Pilates studios, wellness centres, retailers and corporate clients.
* Follow up with enquiries and customers through WhatsApp, telephone calls and social media.
* Conduct product sampling and provide simple product explanations to customers.
* Prepare quotations, record orders and coordinate with the production and delivery team.
* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
* Follow up on customer payments and ensure sales records are properly updated.
* Participate in selected weekend markets, wellness events and sampling activities.
* Achieve monthly sales and new-account targets.
* Submit simple weekly sales and customer follow-up reports.

## Requirements

* Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates and candidates without food-and-beverage experience are welcome to apply.
* Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, wellness products or FMCG will be an advantage.
* Confident communicating with customers and following up on sales opportunities.
* Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers in the assigned market.
* Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
* Comfortable representing the company at yoga, Pilates, fitness and wellness events.
* Responsible, presentable, proactive and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently while communicating closely with the team.
* Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
* Willing to travel within the assigned sales area.
* Willing to attend occasional weekend events, with work arrangements planned in advance.
