Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Coverage & Sales Execution
-Visit retail outlets according to assigned routes.
-Ensure products availability and visibility in stores.
-Achieve assigned sales targets.

Order Management
-Coordinate with distributors in collect orders from retailers.
-Follow up on delivery and ensure timely fulfillment.

Merchandising
-Ensure proper product display and shelf positioning.
-Implement promotional activities and POSM placement.

Market Feedback
-Provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing and promotions.
-Report market issues and opportunities to Area Sales Manager.

Relationship Management
-Build strong relationship with retailers and outlet owners.
-Support distributors in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements
-Minimum SPM / Diploma
-1-3 years sales experience (FMCG preferred)
-strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Willing to travel within assigned territory
-Basic understanding of retail and distribution channels
