Sales Executive (Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply).
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Good attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.

Responsibilities
-Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
-Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
-Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and client feedback.
