Sales Executive (Monthly Commission)

Job Responsibilities

(A) Customer Sales & Marketing

Visit Japanese restaurants, wholesalers, and local trading companies to understand sales trends and customer needs

Propose new and existing products, implement sales promotion activities

Handle order reception and follow-up

Confirm order and inventory status and adjust delivery schedules

Manage contract renewals, price negotiations, and propose special offers

(B) Product Management & Logistics Support

Manage inventory of food and beverages (fresh food, processed food, seasonings, alcoholic beverages, etc.)

Coordinate ordering and delivery schedules

Support import procedures and quality control (requires coordination with Japan HQ and Singapore office)

Source new products and propose product specifications and packaging for the Malaysian market

(C) Local Office & Team Coordination

Work closely with GM; Johor branch has only one staff member

Share information with other regional offices (KL, Singapore, etc.)

Coordinate with customers, warehouses, and logistics departments

(D) Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and organize orders, invoices, contracts, etc.

Create daily and weekly reports

Manage and report on inventory and sales data



Job Requirement

Have own car

At least 3 years of sales experience in food industry.
