Sales Executive

Requirements
• Experience in Industry Supply is an advantage.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed
Responsibilities
• Attend weekly sales meetings (every Monday) to update on market requirements and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and sales service to existing clients.
• Develop new products and explore new client opportunities.
• Build and manage a pool of clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor and ensure prompt payment collection from customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Communicate clearly customer requirements to relevant departments.
• Execute day-to-day sales activities, including customer visits, exploring new business potentials, and providing feedback on customer performance.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to
tima
