Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for pharmaceutical products within assigned hospital accounts.
Develop and execute territory plans to drive product penetration and market share.
Schedule and conduct pre-planned sales presentations with healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategies.
Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to customers.
Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for business growth.
Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare industry.
Proven ability to deliver solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionals at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome challenges effectively.
High level of self-motivation and resilience to achieve ambitious goals.
Proficiency in preparing reports and using digital tools for sales tracking.
