Sales Executive - Seri Kembangan

Requirements
-Minimum education: SPM and above
-Required skills: Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Negotiation
-Proven sales experience, preferably in pet food, FMCG, or related industries
-A genuine passion for animals and knowledge of pet products is a big plus
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
-Practice excellent sales and customer service
-Plan to achieve assigned monthly Sales target
-Maintaining good customer relationships with existing clients
-Prepare sales related reports.
-Update sales report on daily and weekly basis.
-Responsible for developing new customers accounts and promoting new products
-Responsible to gather market information, competitor's activities and feedbacks
-Work closely with sales and marketing team, to promote more activities.
-Accountable for monitoring investment plan against agreed objective with customer
-Periodic update on individual sales plan (i.e., analysis of customer / SKUs
-Performance / propose action plan / compilation of sales calls, coverage call)
-Establishes good relationship with customers to gain support, loyalty and advocacy.
-Develop its new customers while retaining existing customer base
-Manage excellent collection status and minimize overdue outstanding debts.
