Job Description
Sales & Performance Follow-Up
Monitor daily sales performance of assigned outlet and counters in Johor / Southern region.
Follow up with outlet supervisor, promoters, and retail staff on daily sales achievement.
Assist in pushing monthly sales targets for assigned locations.
Identify weak sales performance and propose action plans.
Prepare weekly sales summary and basic performance analysis for management.
Outlet & Counter Operations
Support daily operation of SKS City Mall outlet and other assigned Johor / Southern region locations.
Visit outlets and counters when required to check operation standards.
Ensure staff follow company SOP, customer service standard, grooming, and sales process.
Assist in handling operational issues such as staff shortage, display issues, stock issues, customer complaints, and promotion execution.
Report urgent issues to management with proposed solutions.
Stock Coordination & Replenishment
Coordinate with warehouse / HQ for stock replenishment, stock transfer, and new arrival distribution.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products at assigned locations.
Follow up on low-stock items and ensure best sellers are replenished on time.
Check stock display, size availability, and product arrangement.
Assist in checking stock discrepancies and stock movement issues.
Staff / Promoter Follow-Up
Follow up with outlet supervisor, promoters, and retail staff on attendance, discipline, grooming, and sales performance.
Assist in coaching staff on product knowledge, new arrivals, promotions, and selling points.
Support management in handling staff issues, replacement needs, leave, and performance matters.
Ensure staff submit daily updates, sales feedback, and customer feedback when required.
Visual Merchandising & Display
Check product display, mannequin styling, cleanliness, price tags, promotion tags, and POSM.
Ensure new arrivals and campaign items are displayed properly.
Submit outlet / counter photos during visits.
Highlight display improvements needed and follow up until completed.
Department Store / Mall Coordination
Coordinate with department store PIC, mall management, or counter PIC when required.
Assist in follow-up for promotions, events, fairs, stock-in, display changes, and operation updates.
Maintain good working relationship with department store / mall PIC.
Report any instruction or issue from mall / department store to HQ.
Reporting & Follow-Up
Prepare daily / weekly sales and operation reports.
Update pending issue list and follow up until resolved.
Submit stock updates, staff updates, display photos, promotion updates, and sales feedback.
Provide clear updates to management without waiting to be chased.
Report problems together with suggested solutions.
Campaign & Promotion Support
Assist in executing festive campaigns, mall promotions, department store promotions, roadshows, and outlet campaigns.
Ensure promotion mechanics, price tags, signage, and display are correctly implemented.
Follow up with staff to push campaign items and new arrivals.
Collect feedback after campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, department store, consignment counter, retail operations, or sales support.
Experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or department store retail will be an advantage.
Based in Johor Bahru / Southern region, or willing to travel within Johor when required.
Able to communicate with outlet supervisor, promoters, retail staff, department store PIC, warehouse, and HQ team.
Good follow-up skills and able to solve issues independently.
Able to use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for basic reporting.
Responsible, proactive, fast-moving, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently without repeated chasing.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role may need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, staff, and business partners.
