Sales Executive

Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in any field.
-Minimum 1-3 years experience with related machinery industry.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Willingness to develop strong product knowledge of Lubrication Engineers Inc. (LE) products.
-Ability to provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
-Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a consulting-oriented approach to sales.
-Must be willing to work on-site in Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial sector across Malaysia.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering support and exploring upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase LE lubricants and solutions based on customer needs.
-Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support on lubrication issues, product selection, and maintenance.
-Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tenders on time.
-Work with the sales and marketing team on strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
-Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products to stay competitive in the market.
-Record all sales activities and customer updates in the CRM system and report regularly to the sales manager.
