Sales Executive

Responsibilities
-Engage with leads provided fully by the company's marketing team — no personal ad spend required.
-Follow up with prospects, conduct viewings, and present property offerings to drive sales conversions.
-Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including paperwork and financing guidance.
-Provide feedback on lead quality to help marketing improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
-Stay well-informed on property details and market trends to deliver accurate advice to clients.
-Participate in exhibitions, events, and open houses to build networks and support brand visibility.

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience, with proven expertise in sales and a strong ability to engage clients and close deals.
-Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
-Familiarity with property market trends, financing options, and sales regulations.
-Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong commitment toward driving sales and achieving sales targets.
