Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
• Promote and introduce the MM2H programme to potential clients
• Respond to sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
• Provide professional consultation on MM2H requirements, processes, and timelines
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth application process
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system

Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in visa services, property, or education consultancy will be an added advantage)
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with international clients)
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, CRM systems)
