Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the automotive parts industry, retail, or
sales.
Basic computer literacy is required for inventory checking, order issuance, and daily
communications.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with
our diverse local clientele.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong customer service mindset.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, open-communication environment.

岗位职责
Attend to walk-in customers at the retail storefront, providing professional and friendly
auto parts consultation.
Handle daily customer inquiries, inventory checks, and order issuance to ensure a smooth
sales process.
Accurately verify vehicle Chassis No. and part models to guarantee highly efficient and
precise quotations and orders.
Assist in processing customer Return and Exchange requests and conduct preliminary
physical inspections of returned parts.
Follow up on customer payment progress, collect transfer receipts, and coordinate with
the Account Department for payment verification.
Continuously maintain and follow up with existing SME (Small and Medium Enterprise)
clients, building and sustaining good long-term business relationships.
