* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
* Monitor client performance and provide support to improve sales
* Handle key accounts and strategic partners
* Identify new market opportunities, territories, and customer segments
* Work closely with marketing team on promotions, product launches, and campaigns
* Lead, guide, and monitor sales team performance
* Set sales targets, KPIs, and track progress
* Provide coaching and support to improve team results
* Track sales performance, revenue, and market trends
* Analyze competitor activities and market pricing

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably vape, gadget, or FMCG industry)
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-Ability to lead a team and drive results
