Sales & Logistics Coordinator | Flexi Hours

📍 Rawang, Selangor
🕘 Monday – Friday (Flexible start 7am–9am, 8 working hours)

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Executive to support end-to-end order management and shipment coordination. If you have experience in SAP, Incoterms, and Letter of Credit — we want to hear from you!

🔎 Job Responsibilities
Handle the entire sales transaction cycle (order processing to payment collection)

Manage order booking, stock checking & daily shipping schedules

Coordinate truck dispatch for freight pickup and issue invoices

Assist with quotation & indoor sales inquiries when required

Liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery

Apply Certificate of Origin for selected shipments

Maintain proper documentation and filing in SAP system

Arrange and coordinate shipment processes

✅ Job Requirements
Degree in any field

2 – 5 years of experience in indoor sales support / customer service / logistics

Good knowledge of Incoterms & Letter of Credit (LC)

Experience in shipment arrangement

Hands-on experience using SAP system is an added advantage
