Sales Manager

Responsibilities

-To create and implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel toward achievement of assigned portfolio’s objectives

-To provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development by keeping track of KPIs

-To guide and provide supervision to ethical sales team

-To evaluate and identify new potential channels / clients

-To develop excellent customer relationship and rapport

-To work closely with marketing team to provide market insights and sales proposals



Qualification / Experience Requirement

-Degree in Nutrition, Dietitics or Science

-At least 5 – 8 years of working experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry

-Good interpersonal sales and communication skills

-Strong leadership, training, coaching and motivational skills

-Develops good understanding of market trend

-Possess own transport and willing to travel
