About the Role
Lead and coach the sales team to hit and exceed monthly/annual targets. Hands-on leadership role, not remote management.

Responsibilities
Lead the sales team to hit and exceed monthly/annual sales targets
Build and execute sales strategies to grow enquiries, bookings, registrations
Track leads, conversions, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and individual performance daily
Coach, motivate, and develop Sales Advisors
Work with Marketing on showroom traffic, roadshows, and lead-gen campaigns
Maintain PROTON sales process standards and customer experience quality
