Sales Manager (LCL)

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage the sales team, develop sales plans and targets, oversee execution, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
2.Conduct sales training, establish sales management systems, optimize sales processes, and improve sales performance.
3.Explore and develop new clients, seek collaboration opportunities; maintain customer relationships and coordinate with team members to resolve client issues.
4.Monitor market trends and competitor activities, promptly identify issues and provide recommendations, and collaborate with operations departments to formulate new sales strategies.、

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above. Strong resilience under pressure and leadership capabilities.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in LCL (Less than Container Load) operations and sales team management.
3.Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding management.
4.Strong sales acumen; excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills; self-driven and motivated.
5.Familiar with marketing strategies and sales management processes; possesses strong market insight and competitive awareness.
6.Strong learning ability and innovative mindset; able to adapt quickly to market changes and company development needs.
7.Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese.
