SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Lead the respective division team to meet the sales target.
-Direct and manage the Company's Sales & Marketing activities within the technical sales strategy and budgeted profitability.
-Actively seek, develop and grow new market and market share of our product lines within the designated region, especially in pump market.
-Liaise closely with operations to achieve a flawless supply of products to customers.
-Closely to monitor and evaluate market activities and recommend appropriate strategies to stay ahead of competition.

REQUIREMENTS :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in related field.
-At least 5-20 years of related selling experience in General Industries or Water & Waste Water or Palm Oil Industries.
-Highly result oriented and aggressive personality.
-Highly self-motivated & able to work independently.
