Job Description

Responsibilities:

To identify, formulate and execute specific sales strategies and plans needed for the growth and expansion of the business.

To identify, negotiate and secure new distribution channels within the territory for future expansion plans.

To lead the business development team and other relevant departments to develop tactical sales campaign, implement and execute sales, marketing and educational plans to boost the sales volume in line with company's objectives.

Responsible to create in-roads to potential clients, Lead and integrate new business sales.

To prepare, translate and deliver sales budgets realistically and on a timely manner and provide support to the team for any on-going, new or potential business opportunities.

To work closely with marketing & education team for publicity and promotions of the company's products and services (example; eventing at salons, recruitment for Seminars, etc.) are implemented accordingly.

To guide & coach & communicate with the Business Development staff so that the company's policies, programs and procedures are being implemented on a timely and proper basis.

To identify the technical requirements deem fit for individual salon or for total territorial improvement.

To provide the highest level of professionalism to ensure mutual satisfaction and long term business ties with all distribution outlets / salon owners. (such achievements must yield results within the timeframe set forth by the company)

To be able to evaluate, appraise, train and motivate the Business Development team for continuous improvement in the area of sales, accounts development and other related areas deem suitable for the team's advancement.

To handle all inquiries raised by the distribution outlets/ salon owners and be able to resolve them in a fair timely manner.

To conduct quarterly sales review with contact account to ensure achieving target set.



Requirements:

At least a Diploma/ Degree in any business related disciplined.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in hair industry, familiar with coiffure industry

Proven sales tack record with excellent people management skills, lead and motivate a sales team.

Outstanding relationship building skills & negotiation and influencing skill.

Strong analytical, good business communication and interpersonal skills;

Strategic thinking with high level of drive and business acumen

Good presentation skill;

Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
