SALES MANAGER （Shipping & Freight Forwarding）

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results- driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in shipping and freight forwarding, excellent leadership skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.

- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Client Relationship Management
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Collaboration & Coordination

Requirements:
• Must have proven sales experience in the shipping / freight forwarding industry.
• Candidates from other industries without freight forwarding or shipping sales experience will not be considered.
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills are preferred.


Working Location: Bandar Puteri, Klang, Selangor
Working Days & Hours:
- 5 working days (Monday – Friday)
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Preferred Age & Gender:
- Below 50 years old
- Open to all genders

Salary Range:
- RM8,000 – RM12,000
(Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Annual Leave & Benefits:
Annual Leave Entitlement (Manager Level):
- 14 days (less than 2 years of service)
- 16 days (2 to less than 5 years of service)
- 18 days (5 years and above)
