Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Collaborate closely with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support integrated business strategies.

Prepare and deliver high-impact sales proposals, negotiations, and contract presentations.

Handle escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for communication with clients and partners in Mandarin-speaking regions.

Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Proficient in analyzing sales data and generating reports for senior management.
