Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to enhance our market presence



REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education: Diploma and above
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Skills required: Product Knowledge, Communication Skill, Upselling, Presentation Skill, Closing Deals, Negotiation
Proven experience in sales management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Preferably work experience with Medical and Healthcare products or Optical companies
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Language: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
5+ years of sales management experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.




Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Maintain and expand the customer base.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
