Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM customers

Manage customer relationships, market intelligence, and coordination with internal/global teams

Lead RFI/RFQ processes and promote new technologies

Gather project information from procurement, engineering, and system integrators

Support proposal preparation, bidding, and internal coordination

Manage awarded projects, including change requests, pricing, and cost control

Lead commercial negotiations covering engineering services (ED&D), contract terms, volume adjustments, and legal aspects

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Experience in B2B sales in automotive industry or OEM collaboration preferred

Familiar with automotive industry processes

Experience handling RFI, RFQ, and Change Requests (CR)

Strong technical understanding (especially electronics products)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
