Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities
-Coordinate POSM materials such as posters, racks, banners, uniforms, and display items
-Work closely with sales and operations teams to support market rollouts
-Liaise with customers, outlets, and suppliers on promotional activities
-Monitor competitor promotions, pricing, and market trends
-Assist in product launches, sampling, and in-store display activities
-Prepare marketing reports, campaign updates, and performance tracking
-Support social media and digital marketing content when required
-Coordinate artwork, printing, and marketing material distribution

Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
-1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG / distribution
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic social media platforms
-Experience in POSM and retail promotion coordination is an advantage
