Sales & Marketing Executive (Developer)

What you'll be doing
-Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for property projects.
-Generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and follow up with potential buyers.
-Identify and assess customer needs to provide suitable property solutions.
-Handle inquiries, bookings, and contracts related to property sales.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
-Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in organizing promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
-Liaise with internal teams, agents, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance, leads, and marketing activities

What we're looking for
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property development, housing, or banking industry.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Possess valid driving license and own transport.
-Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
