Sales & Marketing Executive - Remote Working

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities in industries requiring cleanroom laundry services (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing).

Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.

Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms while managing contract renewals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and follow-ups.

Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company system.



Job Requirements:

Degree Holder in engineering (mechanical/ chemical/ industrial/ electronic), chemistry, environmental science etc.

Diploma Holder is welcomed to apply if have sales experience.

At least 2-3 years experiences in sales and/or marketing function, preferably in the microelectronics and/or pharmaceutical related industries.

Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for transportation to and from clients.

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be an advantaged.
