Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable signage products.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Follow up with potential customers, quotations and sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and project status.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing content for social media and promotional activities.
- Monitor incoming leads and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to prepare quotations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, proactive, organized and target-oriented.
- Experience in sales, marketing or the signage industry is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks.
