Sales & Marketing Executive

What You’ll Be Doing
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies

Manage and grow customer accounts within your assigned territory

Conduct regular market and site visits to build strong client relationships

Present products confidently, differentiate offerings, and handle objections professionally

Negotiate, close deals, and achieve KPIs including sales volume, margin, and market share

Collaborate with technical, operations, and credit control teams to ensure smooth delivery and account management

Participate in structured training programs to develop your sales, negotiation, and product knowledge skills

Who Should Apply?
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related disciplines

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction/building materials are an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
