Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the Sales Head and align efforts to achieve over all business targets.
-Manage key accounts, clients & consultants for continual enquiry generation.
-May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients and stake holders.
-Monitor and review sales performance against the desired targets and accordingly revise strategy.
-Review customer’s feedback and act on comments.
-Plan, define and establish departmental objectives and KPIs and get them approved by Sales Head.
-Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Sales Head.
-Outstanding collections and follow up on pending payments.
-Provide customer support when needed
-Provide professional after-sales support
-Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Sales Head.

Requirements:
-Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and customer service focused at all time.
-Able to work in challenging & fast paced environment.
-Willing to travel
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team sales targets.
-Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities as well as managing a range of existing customers.
-Excellent verbal & written English, Malay & Mandarin
-Min 1 years of relevant working experience
