Sales & Marketing Executive

-Manage and grow sales performance across assigned regional market.
-Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls / visits. etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses / territories.
-Tracks team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
-Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas.
-Monitor competitors' activities / products and produce and competition reports based on merchandising data & recommend practical actions to counter competition.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account, buyers, and business partners.
-Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback for management review.
-Ensure timely credit collection and resolve related issues.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
