YOUR ROLE

Represent clients professionally through face-to-face interactions at events, malls and business areas
Drive campaign success by consistently achieving personal and team KPIs
Mentor, guide and support new team members
Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
Take the lead during field activities when required
Develop your leadership, coaching and people-management skills
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1 year of experience in face-to-face marketing, sales or fundraising
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High energy, confident and goal-oriented
