SALES MERCHANDISER

Key Responsibilities:

-Product & Stock Management: Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability at assigned outlets. Perform FIFO stock rotation and remove expired or damaged goods.

-In-Store Execution: Implement merchandising and promotional plans, ensuring compliance with pricing, labelling, and hygiene standards.

-Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with store personnel, negotiate for better shelf space, and keep customer records updated.

-Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, collect store and customer feedback, and share insights with the sales team.

-Reporting & Administration: Submit timely reports on sales, stock status, and store visits. Coordinate deliveries and follow up on customer payments with proper documentation.

Working Conditions:

-Field-based role (frequent travel to supermarkets, hypermarkets, and F&B outlets).
-Flexible hours, including weekends/public holidays when required.
-Must have own transport and be willing to travel daily within assigned areas.
