Sales Operation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operation Executive (International) to support our commercial team. This role ensures smooth end-to-end sales order processing, timely delivery coordination, and strong customer communication—especially for the China market.

Key Responsibilities

Issue sales contracts and input confirmed orders into the system.

Ensure orders are processed according to customers’ delivery requirements.

Liaise with customers to resolve delivery or shipment issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments for efficient and timely delivery.

Maintain proper filing of all sales records and transactions.

Handle enquiries from new customers and channel them to relevant sales personnel.

Prepare customer outstanding orders and weekly payment reports for the sales team.

Manage all front-line sales transactions and customer correspondence.

Supervise Sales Operations Coordinator.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.

Are you the one?

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ working experience.

Experience in food manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Exposure to HACCP and ISO 9001 is a plus.

English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (read & write) – compulsory

Familiarity with domestic & international trading, especially China market.

Understanding of Incoterms.

Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
