Job Description

What you'll be doing
-Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Sales Operations and Customer Support, the main responsibilities include:

Sales & Marketing Support
-Support marketing activities, including coordination of seminars, webinars and conferences
-Support sales in appointment fixing, support and lead generation

Process Compliance
-Ensure sales order process complies with established procedures from order to invoice.
-Process customers’ orders and ensure that the orders are correctly delivered.
-Analyse sales process to identify areas for improvement.
-Maintain and update sales operation processes and user training materials.
-Conduct user training for product features and updates.
-Work with cross functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and align processes to achieve shared goals.
-Generate reports on Sales Operations metrics and KPIs.
-Assist with onboarding and training of sales staff.

Customer Experience
-Create and maintain knowledge base to support customers in product usage and regulatory compliance.
-Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyse data to identify gaps in customer experience.
-Provide customer support on product usage and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

Qualifications
-At least a Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field
-1 to 3 years of experience in a sales operations or related role
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issues with professionalism and empathy
-Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills (both physical and virtual), with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
-Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt

Desired Skills
-Experience with sales methodologies (e.g. pipeline management)
-Knowledge of marketing automation tools
-Customer service
-Cold calling
-AI literacy
-Able to speak Chinese or Cantonese is preferred as you will be supporting Hong Kong customers
