Sales Operations Executive

Position Name : Sales Operations Executive
Salary Range : RM 3,300 – RM 5,000
Location : Aurora Place Bukit Jalil Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours : 9.00am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities
• Process wholesale orders, invoicing & delivery coordination
• Manage stock availability & allocation
• Liaise with warehouse / suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery & payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate sales & inventory records
• Manage existing wholesale clients (resellers / stockists)
• Follow up on repeat orders
• Handle enquiries & after-sales issues
• Build long-term relationships
• Reach out to inactive / dormant clients
• Identify and onboard new wholesale partners
• Propose simple sales strategies (bundles / slow-moving items)
• Gather market feedback


Requirements
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales admin / wholesale / retail
• Fresh Grad is welcome
• Organized, detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Basic Excel / system usage
• Proactive mindset
• Able to take initiative beyond assigned tasks
