Sales Operations

Responsibilities
-Provide support to field sales representatives and to deal with customers/prospects who contact company’s sales department.
-Handle incoming orders from sales representatives via mail (Regional Sales, Mass Merchant & Operator Sales Order).
-Monitor and coordinate sales order promptly and ensure data accuracy in order processing.
-Liaise with dealers/customer, transporters and forwarders to ensure timely delivery for every order.
-Check stock availability or production schedules and forward the order details to production and distribution departments.
-Supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company and contribute to achieving daily, weekly & monthly sales targets & sales operations KPI.
-Generate weekly PSI (Purchase, Sell-through, & Inventory) report.
-Generate weekly & daily sales report as at requested by management.
-Support sales team in providing channel weekly stock allocation by SKUs accurately.
-Attention to detail in mining massive data with ability to comprehend multiple system sources.
-To provide clear insights to sales team in ensuring weekly forecast adjustment guide (undersell/ oversell) are shared timely and accurately.
-Able to respond well in multitasking and fast-pace environment.
-Able to assimilate to team dynamics of getting the job done with high sense of urgency within tight datelines.

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
-Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
-Analytical, good in both writing and oral communications skills
-Well-verse in sales operations processes
-1 Year Renewable Contract Available
