Sales (Quantity Surveying)

Responsibilities
-Assist the sales team in the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, cold calling, proposal preparation, and deal follow-ups.
-Help coordinate client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
-Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales activity data.
-Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and support pipeline forecasting.
-Help prepare marketing collateral, case studies, and event materials.
-Work closely with product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in QS or related industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
-Literacy in other languages will be added advantage (Malay & Mandarin).
-Possess own transport and valid D/DA driving license, with willing to travel independently.
-Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, data-driven and results-oriented
-Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
-Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software
