Sales Representative (Agro | High Commission)

Location: Johor Bahru
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new sales from farmers, nurseries, agro-retailers, and distributors

Promote products such as organic fertilizers, bio-insecticides, and soil enhancers

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Manage local inventory and coordinate order fulfilment

Expand customer base within assigned territory

Submit weekly sales reports and updates

Attend monthly meetings

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in agriculture / agro-related industry)

Knowledge of organic farming or bio-based products is an added advantage

Must own a pick-up truck for product delivery and site visits

Able to work independently and travel frequently within the Southern region

Willing to manage logistics such as inventory and storage coordination

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; English or Chinese is a plus
