Sales Representative

Requirements
-Minimum SPM or higher qualification
-Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Sales experience with proven track record is an advantage
-Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
-Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
-Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel
-Able to handle sales orders, documentation, and client follow-ups
-Willingness to conduct live selling sessions on social media platforms. especially on platforms like Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), and TikTok (TK).

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (forklifts and spare parts).
-Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and necessary documentation.
-Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
-Manage social media advertisements and assist in digital marketing efforts to generate leads.
-Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, admin, and service department) to meet customer requirements.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
-Represent the company professionally in all customer engagements.
