Requirements

Strong written communication skills in English and Malay Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases
⁠Familiarity with Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp
⁠Good time management and ability to handle multiple chats at once
Knowledge or interest in wellness, lifestyle, or health-related products is a plus
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness products (e.g., massage chairs)
Explain features, pricing, promotions, and payment options clearly
Guide customers through the buying process, from inquiry to payment and delivery arrangement
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a consistent communication flow
Record customer information, preferences, and feedback accurately
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Help manage appointment bookings for showroom visits or product trials
Keep up-to-date with current promotions, product updates, and wellness trends
Build long-term customer relationships by offering trustworthy advice and support
