Job Description

1. Position Summary
This role ensures that all sales orders, documentation, and customer inquiries are handled with high efficiency and accuracy to support the company’s revenue goals.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Documentation & Coordination

Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.

Quotations & Tenders: Assist the sales team in preparing formal quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery updates.

B. Administrative & Data Management

CRM/Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate contact details and interaction logs.

Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports, tracking KPIs such as lead conversion, monthly volume, and outstanding payments.

Filing: Organize and maintain digital and physical records of contracts, invoices, and delivery orders (DO).

C. Logistics & Inter-Departmental Alignment

Operations Sync: Coordinate with the logistics/site team to ensure timely delivery of materials (e.g., quarry products) to clients.

Finance Alignment: Work closely with the Accounts Department to verify credit limits for customers and assist in basic payment follow-ups.

3. Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role (Experience in the construction/quarry industry is a plus).

Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting).

Soft Skills: * Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
