Qualifications
-Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
-Salary: Around RM4,500+ (including allowances)
-Working Hours: Monday-Friday | Regular Office Hours
-Start Date: 17th November

Requirements:
-Local Malaysian candidates fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in customer service /technical support / sales are welcome

Job responsibilities

-Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting for products and services.
-Assist customers with domain, hosting, and website setup.
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
-Manage both inbound and outbound calls/emails to promote services and achieve sales targets.
-Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
