Requirements

Minimum education: SPM and above
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in phone supply and related operational processes.
Prefer Mandarin candidates easy to communicate with Chinese clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
Responsibilities

Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
Capture high-quality product photos and videos, and to edit these materials for use in marketing and promotional activities
Negotiating and closing sales deals within your assigned territory
Accurately processing sales transactions, including the issuance of invoices
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
