Senior Account Executive

1. Monthly accounting & reporting for all Companies (5 actives , 3 inactives)
2. Understand and monitor reconciliation processes.
3. Monitor A/R & A/P, issuance of monthly statements for collection and contra of account with other agencies
4. AE Amoeba and monitoring of VT & SR amoeba (management accounting)
5. Liaison with China shareholder accounting department for monthly reporting and profit sharing
6. Liaison with External auditor (both Singapore & Malaysia) on annual audit and group audit.
7. Payroll calculation for 3 Companies (AE, VT & SR) 1 Malaysia & 2 Singapore entities.
8. Handle statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO & EIS, HRDF, PCB)
9. Approval of bank transactions
10. Advise to Directors whenever necessary
