Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:


Prepare a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), financial statements, and tax compliance.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.

Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to support business strategies and operational improvements.

Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance to ensure financial sustainability.

Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on financial and audit matters.

Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Provide guidance and support to the finance team where necessary, demonstrating leadership and accountability.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and projects assigned by management.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulations

Proficiency in accounting software such as Auto Count Accounting and Microsoft Excel

Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

A proactive and solution-oriented professional

Leadership experience or capability will be an added advantage
