Senior Account Executive

Genius Promenade Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

1) Handle full set of accounts
2) Prepare monthly management accounts
3) Perform bank reconciliation
4) Monitor accounts receivable and payable
5) Review accounting entries prepared by junior staff
6) Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing
7) Prepare journal entries and adjustments
8) Assist in budgeting and cash flow monitoring
9) Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
10) Assist in audit and tax preparation
11) Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
12) Prepare SST / tax-related schedules (if applicable)
13) Support month-end and year-end closing
14) Supervise junior accounts staff
15) Improve accounting processes when necessary
16) Prepare financial analysis when required
17) Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting duties
