Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital and Social Media Marketing
-Community manager for all social media platforms for the Group, which includes Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn which includes maintaining company social media pages and profiles
-Continuously work towards the expansion of followers for each of the Group’s social media platforms
-Keeping up-to-date with latest social media advertising trends and execute accordingly to ensure optimised reach and engagement on each of the Group’s platforms
-Facilitate, create and produce interactive external facing content across all digital and social mediums with strong narratives that drives growth on organic and paid marketing
-Maintain editorial roadmap and ensure appropriate approval and sign-off
-Contribution to develop strategy and plan for the execution of engaging content for each of the Group’s social platform.
-Ensure frequent posting and brand awareness
-Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and improve retention
-Identify, react and create solution to crisis management, bad reviews and negative communications. Continuous digital listening to monitor for relevant conversation or potential negative buzz
-Monitor trends and data in relation to posts, to ensure continuous improvements

Campaigns & Partnership
-Collaborate and develop strong relationship with subsidiaries on conceptualising campaigns and execution of marketing strategies. Work with subsidiaries to understand commercial objectives and propose actionable plans and campaign ideas.
-Provide report to management on effectiveness of campaigns and way to improve it for future campaigns.
-Review and analyse campaign’s creatives and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimisation.
-Lead cross marketing negotiations for optimised brand positioning and visibility
-To provide support in other marketing activities, CSR events, and programs within the business.
-Effectively and proactively communicate with vendors, agencies to ensure continuous improvement and optimal solutions for new and existing digital concepts, strategies and campaigns.

Kenanga Group Website Management
-Audit existing website for UX improvement, SEO and Google Analytics to drive consistent relevant traffic from social media to the website.
-To monitor and to ensure consistent brand guideline, image and content across all digital channels.
-Monitor and ensuring that the creative and content of the site is mobile responsive.
-Updating the website with the latest announcement, press release, campaigns, events and news.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-A bachelor degree in Mass Communication or Marketing
-2-3 years working experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing
-Experience in content management of Websites and Social Media
-Able to manage key stakeholders and report the result of digital campaigns
